For Good Scholarship Contest
To mark Keri’s 29th birthday, the Keri Anne O’Donnell Memorial Fund is offering a “For Good” Scholarship to a young performer. “For Good” comes from “Wicked,” Keri’s favorite musical. It was sung at her funeral and has become her unofficial theme song. The “For Good” Scholarship is available to any young performer – middle school through seniors in college. Submit an application and tell us how you’d benefit from a scholarship and what you’d apply a scholarship toward. Keri’s Fund was created to help young performers further their dreams in the performing arts. In the past, it’s helped pay for a variety of lessons in music, dance, theater and more. Keri was a fiery redhead who simply loved to perform. She acted, she sang, but most of all, she danced. She loved to dance and was very good at it. We look for young folks who share a similar passion for performance. Deadline for submissions is Wednesday, March 6. The winner will be selected by our committee and notified on March 12 – Keri’s birthday. Feel free to reach out with any questions
25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee
In partnership with Academy Players of Rhode Island, we are doing a joint fundraiser with Jessie’s Dream, a memorial fund honoring the life and passion of Jessica Morris. Jessie’s Dream and Keri’s Fund exist under the umbrella name of Heavenly Gingers – as both girls were fiery redheads proud to be called Gingers.
About the show: An eclectic group of six mid-pubescents vie for the spelling championship of a lifetime. While candidly disclosing hilarious and touching stories from their home lives, the tweens spell their way through a series of (potentially made-up) words, hoping never to hear the soul-crushing, pout-inducing, life un-affirming "ding" of the bell that signals a spelling mistake. Six spellers enter; one speller leaves a champion!

Join in on celebrating Keri’s Birthday! We are celebrating for the whole month of March! We are holding a month long calendar raffle with 31 days of prizes.
